Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking information.

All items are inspected prior to packing to ensure you are receiving an item that meets Peace of Mind Designs top-notch standards. Once the courier has scanned in your package, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit. In the rare event that any of these things happen to your package, you must contact the courier directly and file a claim.

Please note that we do not have any additional information regarding package tracking. We see the same information on our end that you are seeing.
